Shipping & Returns
When will my treasures arrive? We curate and process orders with care, and many items are made-to-order. Most purchases ship within 3–5 business days. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number to follow its journey to your door.
What is your return policy? We want your newest folk-loves to fit seamlessly into your daily rituals. If an item doesn't meet your expectations or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@folk-love.com within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Product Care
Certain products come with their own care instructions - keep an eye out for tags, labels, or inserts for new items you add to your collection. Not sure? Email us at support@folk-love.com.
How should I care for my Legacy Tee and other apparel? To keep the history (and the hyphen) alive for as long as possible, we recommend washing all apparel in cold water with like colors. Turn garments inside out before washing to protect the designs. Tumble dry on low, or hang to dry—which is often the gentlest way to honor the longevity of the fabric.
How do I clean accessories and home goods? For curated accents like totes or throw pillows, we suggest spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. For specialized home goods, gentle hand-washing will help ensure these treasures continue to speak to your story for years to come.
Discounts & Shipping
Can I use multiple discount codes? To ensure more of our community can acquire their newest loves, most of our promotional codes are valid for one-time use per person and cannot be combined with other offers.
Can you expedite shipping? Sometimes! If faster shipping is available, you'll see the option at checkout. Since many of our items are made-to-order, we can't always speed up the journey.
Do you offer international shipping? Due to limitations with some of our producers, we may not be able to ship to all countries. We are always looking for ways to reach fellow folklore lovers across the globe, so check back as we expand our reach. If there's something you're particularly eager to order, contact us at orders@folk-love.com and we're happy to try to make arrangements for special shipping options.

Do you offer bulk pricing for schools or organizations? We would be honored to help outfit our fellow folklore lovers. We pay contributing artists fairly for their work, and we do our best to source and partner only with ethical manufacturers.

The Collective
Who is behind Folk-Love? Folk-Love is a collaborative effort and includes artists, researchers, and professional folklorists who share a love of folklore and folklore studies.
Why is the collective anonymous? We want the focus to remain on the lore we celebrate, rather than on individual personalities. This collective identity also allows our members who work within academic or archival institutions to explore the imaginative side of the discipline without interfering with their other professional identities. Folk-Love gives us the freedom to celebrate the fantastic alongside the factual without the constraints of institutional positioning.
